本文简单地介绍了洗衣粉干燥工艺过程,分析了洗衣粉含水量与哪些因素有关。提出了喷雾干燥过程微机控制系统的设计方案及具体实施方法,详细地论述了软件设计及硬件配置的依据与特点。
This article briefly introduced the drying process of washing powder, analyzed the washing powder moisture content and what factors. The design scheme and specific implementation method of microcomputer control system for spray drying process are put forward. The basis and characteristics of software design and hardware configuration are discussed in detail.
