重庆铝业有限公司前身系重庆铝厂。始建于1958年,于1996年12月28日改制为重庆铝业有限公司,隶属于重庆市冶金工业管理局,是四川省最早建成投产的以铝冶炼为主、多种铝加工产品并重的综合性有色金属企业。公司位于綦江县城北,占地面积20000m~2,距重庆市区87km,紧邻川黔公路210国道及川黔铁路,距建设中的川黔高速公路3km,交通十分方便。
