当今社会,计算机技术和通讯技术发展的越来越快,使网络的影响力扩展到了社会的各个阶层。互联网在被人们广泛运用的同时彻底的改变了人们的生存方式和生产方式,极大的方便了人们的生活,但也让人们的合法权益受到网上的各种各样的侵害。为了解决网络侵权的问题许多国家制定了相关的法律法规,我国于2014年新出台的针对网络侵权的规定为现在的人们解决网络侵权的案件提供了依据。
In today’s society, the development of computer technology and communication technology is getting faster and faster, extending the influence of the Internet to all sectors of society. The Internet, which is widely used by people, has completely changed people’s way of life and mode of production and greatly facilitated people’s lives. However, people’s legitimate rights and interests have been infringed upon by the Internet in various ways. In order to solve the problem of Internet infringement, many countries have formulated relevant laws and regulations. The new regulations on Internet infringement issued by China in 2014 provide the basis for people’s handling of Internet infringement cases nowadays.
