编辑同志:我在一家制革厂上班,由于该厂污染严重不久前被关闭了,我也因此失业。在岗时我参加了失业保险,失业后我及时进行了失业登记,并领到了失业保险金。可我家上有老下有小,无劳动能力的人多,靠有限的失业保险金仍难维持一家人的生活。请问,我这样的情况是否还可以申请最低生活保障呢?望福
