内皮素是由血管内皮细胞合成和分泌的一种生物活性肽。本文用内皮素特异性放射免疫测定法,检测了11例正常人及25例心血管疾病患者血浆内皮素样免疫活性物质。结果发现,严重染感性休克、急性心肌梗塞和高血压脑卒中患者血浆内皮素水平明显高于正常人。提示内皮索可能是严重心血管疾病状态下,组织缺血缺氧而释放的一种致病因子,血浆内皮素的异常升高有可能作为临床危重状态的一个辅助指标。
Endothelin is a biologically active peptide that is synthesized and secreted by vascular endothelial cells. In this paper, endothelin-specific radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma endothelin-like immunoreactive substances in 11 normal subjects and 25 cardiovascular patients. The results found that severe septic shock, acute myocardial infarction and hypertensive stroke plasma endothelin levels were significantly higher than normal. It suggested that endothelin may be a causative agent of tissue ischemia and hypoxia released under severe cardiovascular disease. The abnormal increase of plasma endothelin may be used as an auxiliary indicator of clinical state of crisis.
