本文报道了溴代氯氰菊酯的合成及物理性状。并以蚊蝇、蟑螂为研究对象,进行生物效应考核,经药膜法测定:54mg/m~2时对德国小蠊的KT_(50)为7.5mm;对美洲大蠊为4.88min。喷雾法测定:5mg/m~3时对淡色库蚊的KT_(50)为5.97min;对家蝇为8.06min;两者24h后死亡率为90～100％。
This paper reports the synthesis and physical properties of cypermethrin. The mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches were taken as the research objects to evaluate the biological effects. The KT_ (50) of Blattella germanica was 7.5 mm at 54 mg / m ~ 2 and 4.88 min at American cockroach. The KT_ (50) of Culex pipiens pallens was 5.97 min at 5 mg / m ~ 3 and 8.06 min at housefly. The mortality rate after 24 h was 90 ~ 100%.
