近年来我国自然灾害和社会运行机制失灵事件频发,公共危机严重,极大威胁着我国人民生命及财产的安全。非政府组织(NGO)参与公共危机的治理能够有效促进危机的解决,促进社会和谐与发展,在公共危机治理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本研究对NGO与公共危机进行分析,并探究NGO参与公共危机治理中存在的问题,在此基础上提出NGO参与公共危机治理的有效途径。
In recent years, frequent incidents of natural disasters and failure of social operation mechanism in our country have caused serious public crises, greatly threatening the safety of people’s lives and property in our country. The participation of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in public crisis management can effectively promote the resolution of crises and promote social harmony and development, playing an increasingly important role in the governance of public crises. This study analyzes the NGO and public crisis and explores the NGOs’ participation in the public crisis management. Based on this, it puts forward an effective way for NGOs to participate in public crisis governance.
