利用党参液腹腔注射，观察了四种腹腔异质性荧光染色的巨噬细胞特异性的吞噬活性，结果表明中药党参对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能亚群有影响，对淡蓝色和深蓝色荧光的巨噬细胞吞噬功能有显著增强，对淡蓝绿色荧光及黄色荧光的巨噬细胞吞噬活性办有增强。
The phagocytic activity of macrophages specific to the four types of intraperitoneal heterogeneous fluorescent staining was observed by intraperitoneal injection of Dangshen Liquid. The results showed that Dangshen has an effect on the functional subpopulations of mouse peritoneal macrophages, with light blue and dark blue. The macrophage phagocytosis of fluorescence was significantly enhanced, and the phagocytic activity of macrophages in light blue-green fluorescence and yellow fluorescence was enhanced.
