高Nb-TiAl合金具有比传统TiAl合金更优异的力学性能,但铸态、热加工态及服役温度的热暴露组织中含有硬脆的ω相,不利于高Nb-TiAl合金力学性能的提高,限制了高Nb-TiAl合金的工程化应用。综述了高Nb-TiAl合金中ω相的最新研究进展,从ω相的形成机理、组织形态、对力学性能的影响以及ω相消除等方面对高Nb-TiAl合金中的ω相进行讨论。

The phase of ω phase in high Nb-TiAl alloys is discussed from the aspects of the formation mechanism of ω phase, the microstructure, the influence on the mechanical properties and the elimination of ω phase.
