兖矿集团是我国华东地区最大的煤炭生产、出口和深加工基地.近年来,按照全国总工会和山东省总工会等关于开展“创建学习型组织,争做知识型职工”活动的要求,结合兖矿集团实际,积极创建学习型企业,培育高素质职工队伍,增强了企业核心竞争力,促进了企业快速、高效和可持续发展。
