自1997年我院第一家社区卫生服务站诞生以来,社区卫生服务工作在区卫生局的直接领导下,得到了较快发展。到目前为止已建社区卫生服务站4个,开展了医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育和计划生育技术指导六位一体的社区卫生服务。基本满足了社区居民的健康需要,同时取得了较好的经济效益,3个站基本做到了自收自支,略有节余。我们开展社区卫生服务的特点与体会如下。
Since the birth of the first community health service station in our hospital in 1997, the community health service work has achieved rapid development under the direct leadership of the district health bureau. So far, four community health service stations have been established and six community health services including medical treatment, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, health education and family planning technical guidance have been launched. Basically satisfied the health needs of community residents, and achieved good economic benefits at the same time, three stations have basically achieved self-support and self-sufficient savings. The characteristics and experiences of our community health services are as follows.
