阿托品能改善房室传导,但亦可引起房室阻滞或加重原有的传导阻滞。本文报告1例误用阿托品致房传导阻滞(AVB)加重的病例。女,30岁。患者于4个月前无意中发现下腹部有一肿物,逐渐增大,无任何不适,于1985年11月3日收住妇产科。6年来因心动过缓多次作心电图检查示二度Ⅱ型AVB,除活动时稍感头昏外无其它症状,从无晕厥史。月经、婚姻、生育史无特殊。体检:脉率40
Atropine can improve atrioventricular conduction, but can also cause atrioventricular block or aggravate the original block. This article reports a case of misuse of atropine induced atrial conduction block (AVB) increased cases. Female, 30 years old.
