电影《拆弹部队》中,上士威廉姆斯在伊拉克疯狂地拆弹,当他回到家乡,在超市面对冗长的货架感到茫然。这是现代工业社会生活的一个缩影。职业人从重复的局部工作中获得成就感,不能选择整体的意义,是荒谬而可悲的。从福特T型车革命到中国制造大行于道,百年工业史背后隐藏的是同样的产业逻辑:“标准化”、“规模化”和“流水线”。而今天,随着互联网特别是社交网络的发展,传统工业时代似乎正在离我们远去。未来经济与社会组织将不再是凝固僵化的“矩阵式”形态,而呈现为互联网社群支持下、个性张扬的“树枝状”模式。这种转变是革命性的。工业范式下,抹杀多样性需求。就像20年前,桑塔纳在中国人心目中几乎是轿车的代名词;社群范式下,多样化需求被释放,每个人都可以在上百种车型中选择自己喜爱的一款。
