目的探讨宫颈环形电切术在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效。方法 2009-06-2010-06经阴道镜下活检确诊为CIN的90例患者行宫颈环行电切术,观查手术效果,比较手术前后病理结果变化。结果 90例手术均成功。术后病理结果同阴道镜下活检比较,级别下降占35.55%,同等占58.88%,上升占5.55%。结论 LEEP补充了阴道镜的不足,对CIN具有诊断和治疗的双重效果。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cervical circumcision in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods Ninety patients diagnosed as CIN by colposcopy biopsy underwent cervical circumcision. The effect of surgery was observed and the pathological changes were compared before and after operation. Results 90 cases were successful. Postoperative pathological findings compared with colposcopy biopsy, the level of decline accounted for 35.55%, accounting equally for 58.88%, an increase of 5.55%. Conclusion LEEP supplements the lack of colposcopy, diagnosis and treatment of CIN double effect.
