中國文字改革委員会提出的《漢語拼音方案(草案)》已經在《人民日报》和别的报紙上、各語文刊物上刊布了。这是我國社会主义文化建設事業中的一件大事。拼音方案(草案)受到了廣大群众的欢迎。毛主席在1951年指出:文字改革要走世界文字共同的拼音方向。这是个英明的指示。去年全國文字改革会議召开之后,明确地提出了推廣以北京語音为标准音、以北方話为基礎方言、以典范的現代白話文为語法規范的普通話的号召,大家都迫切地期待着一套作为拼音文字基礎的拼音字母的公布。这个方案(草案)的公布正好符合了大家的願望。中國文字改革委員会为了拟訂《漢語拼音方案(草
