The international financial crisis has not yet bottomed out. The growth rate of Zhejiang’s economy is still attracting much attention. Statistics show that the growth rate of Zhejiang’s GDP has risen from 3.4% in the first quarter (second from the bottom of the country) to 6.3% in the first half, stopping the rapid decline since the international financial crisis and starting to enter
