目的通过荧光造影了解兔眼巩膜深层眼动脉肌支血供范围,为巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术中保留巩膜瓣的大小提供依据。方法将10只健康新西兰白兔眼内容物剜除,剪除视神经及后极部巩膜壳,做保留4条直肌的巩膜瓣,经耳缘静脉行荧光造影,观察深层巩膜瓣的荧光素瞬间着染范围。结果采用荧光造影的方法观察到兔巩膜深层的荧光素瞬间着染的范围为眼外肌止端附近约4~7 mm范围内。结论兔眼巩膜花瓣状成形羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术中应保留带眼外肌止端附近约4~7 mm的小巩膜瓣以预防义眼台外露。
Objective To understand the scope of deep myocutaneous blood supply in sclera of rabbits through fluorescence contrast and provide basis for preserving scleral flap size in scleral petaloid hydroxyapatite prosthetic implantation. Methods The eyes of 10 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were excised and the optic nerve and the scleral shell of the posterior pole were excised. Four scleral buckles of the rectus muscle were reserved, and the fluorescein of the deep scleral flap was observed by fluorescein angiography. Dyeing range. Results Fluorescent angiography was used to observe the transient fluorescein staining in the deep sclera of rabbits in the range of 4 ~ 7 mm near the end of extraocular muscle. Conclusions Small scleral flap of about 4 ~ 7 mm near the end of extraocular muscle should be preserved in rabbits scleral petaloid hydroxyapatite prosthesis.
