为了探讨医院临床支持系统的管理模式和运行要求,更好地为临床提供有力的支持和保障,我院通过建立临床支持中心,改革传统的工勤人员管理模式,将分散在各临床科室的工勤人员变为由临床支持中心集中管理,保障了临床科室的后勤工作,实行保洁、送检、护送专业化服务,为护士创造了良好的工作环境,有效降低了护理服务成本,产生了良好的社会效益和间接经济效益。
In order to explore the management mode and operation requirements of the hospital clinical support system and provide better clinical support and protection, our hospital reform the traditional mode of management of staff and workers by establishing clinical support centers, As a result of the centralized management by the clinical support center, the ground staffs have ensured the logistic work in the clinical departments, implemented the cleaning, inspection and escort professional services, created a good working environment for nurses, effectively reduced the cost of nursing services, and produced a good Social and indirect economic benefits.
