本文通过分析认为,统计型前滑模型能较容易地满足预报精度的要求,是较适宜的在线控制模型的结构形式。通过试验证明,自行设计的电接触法在线检泓装置具有结构简单、使用方便和工作稳定的特点,精度亦可满足要求。所建立的薄板和极薄板的前滑模型,对克服该厂所用模型的缺点、提高模型的预报精度和改善计算机的控制效果,具有重要意义,对于设计同类轧机的控制装置也有重要的参考价值。
In this paper, the analysis shows that the statistical forward sliding model can more easily meet the requirements of forecast accuracy, which is a more appropriate form of online control model. The test proves that the self-designed electric contact method online detection device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and stable operation, and the precision can meet the requirements. The established pre-slip model of the thin plate and the extremely thin plate is of great significance for overcoming the shortcomings of the model used by the plant, improving the model’s forecasting accuracy and improving the control effect of the computer. It is also of important reference value for designing the control device of the same type of rolling mill.
