重庆电力系统包括重庆、达县、江津、陵涪、万县等市、地,是四川工业较为发达的地区。系统用户以黑色冶炼、机械工业、化学工业为主,轻纺工业亦占有一定比例。一九八○年系统最高负荷(约60万千瓦)及发电量(约29亿度)均为全川的1/3左右。1972年初龚咀水电站建成投产后,已与川南、乐山、成都等地区联成全川大系统。 重庆电力系统中水电站主要是龙溪河梯级电站及大洪河电站。龙溪河四级电站总装机10.45万千瓦,其最上一级狮子滩电站具有多年调节水库,其余三级水库均可进行日调节。大洪河电站原设计、远景正常蓄水位为297米时,也具有多年调节水库,由于库区淹没损失
Chongqing power system, including Chongqing, Daxian, Jiangjin, Ling Fu, Wanxian and other cities and land, is the more developed industrial areas in Sichuan.
