抗战爆发后,随着日伪对华北的占领,敌我双方经济战愈演愈烈。为粉碎日伪的经济封锁,调节金融,国民政府筹划在华北设立太行军区银行。
After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, as Japan and the puppet troops occupied North China, the economic war between the two sides intensified. In order to shatter the economic blockade of Japan and the Pupil and regulate the finance, the National Government plans to set up a bank for the Taihang Military Region in north China.
