本文研究了掺碘酞菁铜多晶粉末压片及其与酞菁镍多晶粉末混合物的压片电导率对温度的依赖性。并观察到它们均存在“金属—半导”性转变。用非均相结构模型定性讨论了这种现象,并用作者曾对掺碘酞菁镍多晶粉末压片导出的电导率随温度变化的简化公式:σ=[AT~2+B+Cexp(△E/2k T)]~(-1)拟合了实验测试结果。所得的拟合曲线与实验点相符甚好。
In this paper, the dependence of temperature on the electrical conductivity of the mixed powder of copper phthalocyanine polycrystalline powder and the mixture of copper phthalocyanine polycrystalline powder was studied. And observed that they both have a “metal-semiconductor” transition. This phenomenon has been qualitatively discussed by heterogeneous structure model and the authors simplified the formula of conductivity with temperature derived from polycrystalline powder of iodine phthalocyanine powder: σ = [AT ~ 2 + B + Cexp (△ E / 2k T)] ~ (-1) fitted the experimental test results. The resulting fitted curve is in good agreement with the experimental point.
