目的:探讨薯蓣丸抗疲劳作用机制以及IL-6与疲劳的相关性。方法:SD雄性大鼠36只,随机分为空白组、模型组、薯蓣丸组,各12只。采取强制冷水游泳造模,薯蓣丸组进行喂食薯蓣丸配方颗粒溶液,模型组亦相应增加饮水量。模型组与薯蓣丸组均继续强制冷水游泳21天。实验第28天各组均进行力竭游泳,测定力竭时间与IL-6。结果:薯蓣丸组游泳力竭时间较模型组及空白组明显延长;薯蓣丸组与模型组IL-6均显著低于空白组。结论:大鼠疲劳状态下IL-6水平有所降低,薯蓣丸有一定抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue mechanism of yam pills and the correlation between IL-6 and fatigue. Methods: Thirty-six SD male rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and yuzhu pill group, with 12 rats in each group. Take compulsory cold water swimming modeling, yuzhu pills group feeding yam pills formula particles solution, the model group also increased the amount of water. The model group and yuzhu pills group continued to be forced to swim in cold water for 21 days. On the 28th day of experiment, exhaustive swimming was performed in each group, and exhaustive time and IL-6 were measured. Results: The exhaustion time in yuzhuwan group was significantly longer than that in model group and blank group. IL-6 in yuzhu pill group and model group was significantly lower than that in blank group. Conclusion: IL-6 level is decreased in rats under fatigue, and yam pills have a certain anti-fatigue effect.
