新时期加强基层团组织建设是一项具有长期性和战略性的工作,而这项工作开展的关键就是提高基层团干自身能力,优秀的基层团干要具备吃苦耐劳、领悟学习等方面的能力,还要具备组织创新和协调方面的能力。本文主要从三个方面分析了新时期基层团干提高自身能力建设的途径。
Strengthening the building of grassroots organizations in the new era is a long-term and strategic task, and the key to this task is to enhance grass-roots cadres’ own capabilities. Excellent grass-roots cadres must have the ability to work hard and understand comprehension. , But also have the ability to organize innovation and coordination.
