1976年,我们开始用氦—氖激光穴位照射治疗遗尿症近200例,取得较满意的疗效。现将有完整资料的104例及其中随访6月至两年半的64例小结如下。临床资料一、年龄与性别 5～15岁91例(88.5％)16～30岁13例(11.5％)。男60例,女44例。二、分型每晚遗尿一次以上者为重型,计84例;间日或几日遗尿一次者为轻型,计20例。三、一般检查本组病例一般营养状况良好;1例小脑发育不全;35例腰骶部X线摄片,发现27例有隐性脊柱裂。
In 1976, we started to treat nearly 200 cases of enuresis with helium-neon laser acupoint irradiation, and achieved satisfactory results. Now there are 104 cases of complete information and follow-up from June to two and a half of 64 are summarized as follows. Clinical data A, age and gender 5 to 15 years old 91 cases (88.5%) 16 to 30 years old in 13 cases (11.5%). 60 males and 44 females. Second, the type of enuresis for more than one night was heavy, accounting for 84 cases; day or days enuresis time was light, accounting for 20 cases. Third, the general examination of this group of patients in general good nutritional status; 1 cases of cerebellar hypoplasia; 35 cases of lumbosacral X-ray, found that 27 cases of recessive spina bifida.
