石油管道防腐绝缘层通孔的检测电压,只与涂层的厚度有关,而与通孔的形式无关。笔者对通孔的检漏电压,防腐层厚度,检漏电极形状之间关系进行了探讨,并对现行的检漏电压标准提出了不同意见。认为:在均匀电场中,无论是直流电压、交流电压(峰值),气隙击穿电压应该用 U=AS+BS~(0.5)表示。根据 U=AS+BS~(0.5)可以确定检测涂层通孔的检漏电压,并以此制定检漏电压标准。并且指出随着薄涂层在防腐工程上应用的增多,制定标准已是当务之急,并呈请有关职能部门给予注意。
The inspection voltage of the through hole of the anticorrosive insulating layer of oil pipeline is only related to the thickness of the coating and has nothing to do with the form of the through hole. The author discusses the relationship between the leak-through voltage, the thickness of anticorrosive layer and the shape of the leak detection electrode, and puts forward different opinions on the current leak voltage standard. It is considered that in a uniform electric field, no matter DC voltage or AC voltage (peak value), the air gap breakdown voltage should be expressed as U = AS + BS ~ (0.5). According to U = AS + BS ~ (0.5) to detect the coating through-hole leak detection voltage, and to develop leakage voltage standards. And pointed out that with the thin coating in the anti-corrosion engineering applications, the development of standards is a top priority, and asked the relevant functional departments to pay attention.
