师生关系作为教学活动不可或缺的重要关系,不仅对学生的健康成长意义重大,同时对学校的长远发展有着不可替代的作用。在职业院校,和谐的师生关系是职业教育开展的重要载体,是实现职业院校教学目标的重要因素。本文主要是结合自身工作实际,在分析和谐师生关系内涵的基础上,提出了构建中职院校师生关系的有效策略,进而为中职院校的长远健康发展奠定重要的前提。
As an indispensable and important relationship between teachers and students as a teaching activity, it not only has great significance for the healthy growth of students, but also plays an irreplaceable role in the long-term development of the school. In vocational colleges, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is an important carrier of vocational education, which is an important factor to realize the teaching goal of vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, this paper puts forward an effective strategy to build the relationship between teachers and students in vocational colleges and lay the important precondition for the long-term healthy development of secondary vocational colleges.
