开展阳光体育运动是对青少年健康的重视,是对学校体育工作支持的战略举措。“阳光体育运动”的提出突出了学校体育工作的地位,两者的有机整合将增强学生的体质,发展学生的身心健康结合起来。采用合理的教学方式把体育课堂变为阳光体育运动实施的重要途径与手段将成为我国学校体育教学改革所面临的迫切任务。文章对建构主义学习理论在学校体育课程教学中所体现出的价值意义以及在该理论指导下的学校体育课程教学对阳光体育运动具体实施具有的积极作用做了陈述,阐明在建构主义学习理论指导下,将体育课堂教学真正转向学生个体是阳光体育运动有效实施的突破口。
Carrying out sunshine sports is the emphasis on the health of adolescents and is a strategic move to support school sports work. “Sunshine Sports ” proposed highlighting the status of school sports work, the organic integration of the two will enhance the physical fitness of students, the development of students’ physical and mental health combined. It is an urgent task to reform the physical education teaching in our country by using reasonable teaching methods to change the physical education classroom into the implementation of sunshine sports. The article states the value of Constructivism Learning Theory in the PE teaching in the school as well as the positive role played by the PE teaching in the school to the specific implementation of the Sunshine Sports under the guidance of the theory. It states that in the guidance of constructivism learning theory , The real shift of the teaching of physical education to individual students is a breakthrough in the effective implementation of the Sunshine Sports.
