国务院技术经济研究中心于1983月10月21日至26日召开经济、社会、科技总体发展战略讨论会。会上许多同志作了发言。兹将部分发言摘要如下:
The State Council Technology Economics Research Center held its symposium on the overall development strategy of economy, society and science and technology from October 21 to October 26, 1983. Many comrades made speeches at the meeting. Some of the speeches will be summarized as follows:
