辅酶Q_(10)具有抗氧化和膜稳定作用,属线粒体中呼吸链的电子传递体,是一种抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂,可改善心脏病患者心功能。本研究选择重症心脏瓣膜置换术病人40例,分辅酶Q_(10)组(n=20),对照组(n=20)。用药组术前口服辅酶Q_(10)10mg/d7~10d,测定给药前,术前、术毕和术后2d血流动力学CI(心指数)、SI(每搏指数)、IC(心肌收缩指数)、EF(射血分数)和TFI(胸液指数)。结果表明用药组术前泵功能和心肌收缩性均有所改善。术毕和术后2d,用药组CI、SI、IC、EF上升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,术前服用辅酶Q_(10)可增强心肌收缩性和有利于术后心功能的恢复。
Coenzyme Q_ (10) has antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing effects and is an electron mediator of the respiratory chain in mitochondria. It is an antioxidant and free radical scavenger that can improve heart function in patients with heart disease. In this study, 40 patients with severe heart valve replacement were divided into coenzyme Q_ (10) group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). Before treatment, preoperative, postoperative and postoperative 2d hemodynamics, CI (cardiac index), SI (stroke index), IC (myocardial Systolic index), EF (ejection fraction), and TFI (pleural fluid index). The results showed that the medication group preoperative pump function and myocardial contractility improved. At the end of operation and 2 days after operation, the increase of CI, SI, IC, EF in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). Therefore, preoperative coenzyme Q_ (10) can enhance myocardial contractility and is conducive to the recovery of cardiac function.
