我国以油菜籽等为原料的生物柴油产业发展给我国农民增收和油料种植业带来了新的契机。随着政府对生物柴油的重视和政府倾向的改变,农民油菜种植积极性将大大增强。这对解决农民收入、农村劳动力流失和闲置地等问题有一定正的外部性。
The development of biodiesel industry in China with rapeseed as raw material has brought new opportunities for farmers in China to increase their incomes and cultivate oilseeds. With the government’s emphasis on biodiesel and changes in government tendencies, farmer enthusiasm for planting rape will be greatly enhanced. This has certain positive externalities for solving such problems as peasants’ income, loss of rural labor and idleness.
