目的 探讨放、化疗对恶性肿瘤病人血液流变学的影响。方法 对比研究放、化疗前后恶性肿瘤病人的血液流变学改变。结果 放、化疗均能改善恶性肿瘤患者的全血粘度 ,且与治疗效果呈正相关。结论 放、化疗可使恶性肿瘤的血液流变学参数得以改善 ,血液流变学可作为判断疗效的辅助指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the hemorheology in patients with malignant tumor. Methods To compare the hemorrheological changes of patients with malignant tumor before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The results of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the whole blood viscosity of patients with malignant tumors, and the treatment effect was positively correlated. Conclusion Radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the hemorheological parameters of malignant tumors, and hemorheology can be used as an auxiliary index to judge the curative effect.
