新课程改革以来,提高课堂教学的实效性成为广大教育者不懈追求的目标,围绕着这一目标各个学校都在进行着各种积极的改革与尝试,笔者结合自身实践及对当前课堂状况的了解,从变“知识立场”为“能力、育人立场”的教学、变“封闭或盲目开放”为“放收有度”的教学、实现“精心预设”与“互动生成”的有机融合等方面,剖析课堂中容易出现的问题及改进策略,为提高课堂教学实效性提供有效、可借鉴的经验和方法。
