作为“电影门类里最为重要的片种之一”[1],战争电影以其鲜明的历史性和艺术性,历来受到学界的广泛关注.但比起20世纪30年代以来战争片的热烈探讨,民国初期的战事片则鲜少有人问津.《中国战争电影史》将这一时期的战争电影定义为“一种类型的缺失”[2],称此时国内尚未形成孕育战争片的社会土壤.其实,若将视野拓宽至海外输入的影片,则可见战事片已然成为当时银幕上的常客.20多年后,谷剑尘细数“舶来影片自幻仙至侦探片起,已显然划分三大时期:第一时期为侦探长片,第二时期为战争片,第三时期为香艳肉感片”,并提醒“这一种的
