新生入学教育是大学生适应新环境的一个重要环节,是辅导员做好大学生日常思想政治教育基础,其教育内容与教育效果直接关系到新生的专业发展与能力提高,本文从入学教育的背景、主要内容和基本方法入手,分析了江西环境工程职业学院在新生入学教育中的几点创新,集中探讨了高职院校新生入学教育的相关问题,为辅导员做好大学生日常思想政治教育提供借鉴。
