按照党中央和国务院的部署,从今年五月份开始在我省全面推开了农村牧区税费改革的试点工作。这次改革直接关系到我省300多万农牧民群众的切身利益,关系到农牧民增收、农牧区经济发展和社会稳定以及农牧区法制建设。受省税费改革领导小组的委派,省审计厅抽调6名各级干部组成工作组,参加了海西州的税费改革工作,负责对海西州的税费改革工作进行全程督促和指导。在这次具有很强政治意义和现实意义的改革中,海西州各级机关均以对党、对人民高度负责的精神投入到这项改革工作中,改革在严谨、稳定、有序地进行。这次改革:(一)要坚决取消对农牧民的各种乱收
