介绍了脲醛树脂胶粘剂的研究现状与进展方向。探讨了影响脲醛树脂胶粘剂合成的主要因素,包括甲醛-尿素摩尔比、加料方式与顺序、pH值、反应温度和反应时间等,并比较了不同的改性方案。提出了发展绿色环保型脲醛树脂胶粘剂的总体趋势。
The research status and progress of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive are introduced. The main factors influencing the synthesis of urea - formaldehyde resin adhesive were discussed, including formaldehyde - urea molar ratio, feeding method and sequence, pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time. The different modification schemes were compared. Put forward the overall trend of developing environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive.
