目的:研究乙酰胆硷、组织胺对气管平滑肌张力的作用及理化因素对其作用的影响。方法:用自制的多个“Z”形相连的豚鼠离体气管条,以换能器和二道生理记录仪记录肌张力。结果:乙酰胆碱和组织胶共同作用所致平滑肌张力升高幅度大于乙酰胆碱和组织胺单独作用,小于两者单独作用之和;缺氧和低温可影响其张力产生的速度和幅度,不影响异丙基肾上腺素的解痉作用;二氧化碳浓度升高不影响上述药物所致肌张力。结论:乙酰胆碱和组织胺对增加平滑肌张力有协同作用;其作用受缺氧和低温的影响,不受CO2浓度升高的影响。
Objective: To study the effects of acetylcholine and histamine on tracheal smooth muscle tension and the effects of physico-chemical factors on its effects. Methods: A number of homemade “Z” shaped guinea pig tracheal strips were used to record muscle tone with a transducer and a two-channel physiological recorder. Results: The increase of smooth muscle tension induced by the combined action of acetylcholine and tissue glue was greater than the effect of acetylcholine and histamine alone, less than the sum of the two alone; hypoxia and hypothermia could affect the speed and amplitude of tension generation, and did not affect isopropyl Adrenaline antispasmodic effect; carbon dioxide concentration does not affect the above-mentioned drug-induced muscle tone. CONCLUSION: Acetylcholine and histamine have a synergistic effect on increasing the tension of smooth muscle. The effects of acetylcholine and histamine are affected by hypoxia and hypothermia, and are not affected by the increase of CO2 concentration.
