导致男女不育的原因固然很多,其中,最大的祸首是性乱。性乱何以造成不育呢?主要因素是性传播疾病。世界卫生组织建立的有25个国家参加的33个中心不育诊断和治疗专题组,对8000多对不育夫妇进行标准化调查发现,性传播的疾病中,如淋病、梅毒、衣原体感染和支原体病,可致使女性罹患盆腔炎、输卵管炎、卵巢炎等而导致输卵管粘连堵塞高达50％以上;而梅毒、支原体病等可引起的流产、早产、死胎和新生儿死
