系统科学以其整体的思想、科学的方法和技术正被广泛地用来解决各种复杂的问题。针对我国外语教育“费时较多 ,收效较低”的问题 ,作者认为主要是决策、管理、教学中缺乏系统科学思想和方法所致 ,因此 ,只有用系统科学思想指导外语教学改革 ,才能获得“事半功倍”的效果 ,并提出了运用系统方法进行外语教学与管理改革的新思路。
Systems science is being widely used to solve complex problems with its holistic thinking, scientific methods and techniques. In view of the fact that foreign language education in our country is more time-consuming and ineffective, the author thinks it is mainly due to the lack of systematic and scientific ideas and methods in decision-making, management and teaching. Therefore, only by using systematic scientific thought to guide foreign language teaching reform can we obtain “ Do more with less ”effect, and put forward a new way of using foreign language teaching and management reform.
