作者报导1例种痘后心肌炎,并对本病进行文献复习。一名女孩由于家庭疏忽以及幼时常有低热,于10岁时方初种牛痘。种痘后局部反应正常,但于第4天有发热、乏力,第13天有急性心肌炎表现:体温39℃气稍促,轻度虚脱、心率增快(180次/分)、奔马律,二尖瓣区有收缩期杂音,血压80/60毫米汞柱,肺底有细湿罗音,肝肿大。心电图示心肌病变。胸片显示心影及肺门阴影增大。白细胞15000/立方毫米,中性粒细胞81％,血沉14毫米,血清蛋白电泳a_2球蛋白18％。血清抗链球菌溶血素O250单位,抗链球菌
