选人用人问题历来是干部群众关注的焦点。回顾近年来中央在推进干部人事制度改革方面所做出的努力,我们不难看出,尽管一些深层次的矛盾和问题还未得到根本解决,但是,我国在建立健全科学的选人用人机制上已经向前迈出了更大的步伐。
The problem of selecting and employing people has always been the focus of cadres and masses. Recalling the efforts made by the Central Government in promoting the reform of the cadre and personnel system in recent years, we can easily see that although some deep-rooted contradictions and problems have not yet been fundamentally solved, our country has already established a sound and scientific mechanism of selecting and employing people. Take a bigger step forward.
