目的:探讨药剂科规范用药的方式方法,增强临床用药的安全性,提高医疗机构药物管理效果。方法:于2015年10月-2016年4月开展此次研究,在该期间收集我院临床用药情况进行全面回顾性分析,研究临床不合理用药的主要影响因素,并探讨其相应的用药方式方法,以满足医院患者用药需求,提高临床治疗效果以及整体医疗水平。结果:经一系列临床资料回顾性分析发现,临床不合理用药的主要影响因素包括药物因素、医护人员因素、患者自身因素、药剂科药物管理因素等;针对药剂科这种用药现状,临床结合实际情况,制定并积极落实了相应的规范用药方法与对策,用药管理效果良好,临床安全性高。结论:目前我国大多数医疗机构中尚存在许多临床不合理用药情况,用药管理效果不佳;故在实际用药过程中需实施科学、有效的用药管理方式或方法,以增强临床用药安全性,提高药物管理水平与管理质量。
Objective: To explore the ways and means of standardized medication in pharmacy department, enhance the safety of clinical medication and improve the effect of drug administration in medical institutions. Methods: The study was carried out from October 2015 to April 2016.
