文化模型是一种由文化建构的认知模板,产生并作用于一定社会群体的理解和推理等行为活动。鉴于文化模型的多层次语言表征,该研究结合计算语言学和认知心理学的相关研究,尝试拓展了文化模型的词汇层次模型——“文化词汇模型”的集合概念和类层级结构研究,并尝试结合大型电子词典和语料库的客观语言事实,对认知原型对应的英汉人体词“HAND”和“手”进行了文化词汇模型的认知对比研究。该研究通过定量定性结合的方法,来尝试具化研究英汉词汇层次文化模型的历时概念化结果对比以及文化词汇模型在现代英汉语中的共时显性对比。
Cultural model is a cognitive template constructed by culture that generates and acts on certain social groups’ behavior such as understanding and reasoning. In view of the multi-level linguistic representation of cultural models, this research attempts to expand the lexical level model of cultural models - the collection concept of “cultural lexical models” and the study of class hierarchy in combination with related studies of computational linguistics and cognitive psychology , And attempts to combine the objective language facts of large-scale electronic dictionaries and corpora to make a comparative study on the cultural lexical models of English and Chinese body words “HAND ” and “hand ” corresponding to cognitive prototypes. This study attempts to qualitatively combine qualitative and quantitative methods to try to contrast the diachronic conceptualization of cultural models of English-Chinese lexical studies and the co-temporal explicit contrast of cultural lexical models in modern English and Chinese.
