在经济发展新常态的背景下,科技创新对于江西省经济持续增长有重要意义。本文从江西省科技政策与法规制定、研究与试验发展(R&D)经费总量,R&D经费出资及支出主体、研发人员信息和技术市场状况等五个方面将江西省的R&D现状和全国平均水平或者华东六省中的相关省份进行了比较和分析。为了增强江西省科技创新能力,给出了提升政策法规制定前瞻性、增加经费投入、增加科研人员数量、鼓励中小企业参与科技创新和搭建科技成果信息交流平台等建议。
In the context of the new normal economic development, scientific and technological innovation is of great significance to the sustained economic growth of Jiangxi Province. This paper analyzes the current situation of R & D in Jiangxi Province and the national average or the national average from five aspects of science and technology policies and regulations, the total amount of R & D funds, R & D funding and expenditure bodies, R & D personnel information and technology market conditions Relevant provinces in six provinces in East China were compared and analyzed. In order to enhance the capability of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi Province, suggestions are given to enhance the forward-looking policies and regulations, increase funding, increase the number of scientific researchers, encourage SMEs to participate in technological innovation and establish a platform for information exchange of scientific and technological achievements.
