高阳县政协近年来充分发挥自身优势,积极为全方位开放和经济建设服务,与2005户三胞眷属组成“三引进”(项目、资金、技术人员)大军,仅1994年至今年一季度就引进项目10个,技术人员18名,资金1亿多元,其中外资688.89万美元。高阳是留法勤工俭学发源地,为河北三大侨乡之一,定居台、港、澳三胞计343户3012人,县内三胞眷属2005户1.5万人。针对这种情况,县委、县政府着力宣传高阳县三胞多的优势,鼓励全县人民利用各种关系做“三引进”工作,为促进高阳全方位开放做贡献。同时建立了以县政协主席为组长的“三引进”工作领导小组和有三胞关系的政协委员组成的三胞联谊
