半导体激光器光谱局部最大峰值检索算法

通过分析实测法布里-珀罗型半导体激光器(FP-LD)和分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB-LD)光谱数据特征，提出了一种基于局部最大矩阵的自适应算法，用于检索半导体激光器光谱峰值。建立数据序列的局部最大矩阵，利用矩阵行向量特征修正该矩阵，根据修正后矩阵的列向量特征定位峰值，并进一步修正和补偿峰值位置。该算法具有较强的抗噪能力，整个检索过程无需人为干预，自适应性和稳健性强，满足实时计算的要求。实测数据计算结果表明，该算法与直接比较法、优化的导数法和遗传算法相比，在检验准确率和计算时间方面优势明显，平均检验准确率

基于超材料的太赫兹1/4波片设计及特性分析

提出了一种基于超材料的透射式太赫兹1/4波片，将传统的开环谐振型结构改进为“叉指”型结构，实现了线极化波向圆极化波的有效转换。测试表明，在0.818~0.973THz内，透射波的轴比小于3dB，椭圆度χ＞0.81，器件将线极化波转换为圆极化波的效率为50%~75%。与现有的太赫兹1/4波片相比，该器件极化转换效率高、结构简单，仅由一层介质层和两层金属层组成。所提出的太赫兹1/4波片在太赫兹无线通信、太赫兹成像等领域具有重要的应用前景。
