目前在石棉选矿厂开始使用新的更有效的(与平面摇动节比较)倾斜平面振动节。但是,这种节子的现有结构有两个主要缺点:1.传动轴上动压力不平衡,以及因此产生的一切不良后果(造成设备机架,甚至厂房振动)。2.节子卸载端的较大侧向振动。图1为具有某些改进的新型节子的传动系统。其改变的地方是:从传动轴O上拆去了不平衡轮,而在节子节箱平面上增设了弹簧c_1和c_2。自由悬掛在四个吊杆EF和GH上的节子按曲柄连杆机构原理在与水平面成α角的不变的倾斜平面内作复杂振动。与节子的弹簧长、吊杆长和节箱尺寸相比较,振幅值是小的。
New and more effective (compared to plane shakings) inclined plane vibrating knuckles are currently being used at asbestos concentrators. However, there are two major drawbacks with the current structure of this knot: 1. Dynamic pressure imbalance on the drive shaft, and all the consequent undesirable consequences (resulting in machine racks or even plant vibrations). 2. Knot unloading side of the larger lateral vibration. Figure 1 shows a new type of transmission with some improvements. The change is that the unbalanced wheel is removed from the propeller shaft O and springs c_1 and c_2 are added to the plane of the knuckle box. The knuckles freely suspended on the four boom EFs and GHs perform complicated vibrations in a constant inclined plane at an angle α with respect to the horizontal according to the principle of the crank-rod mechanism. Compared with the spring length of the knuckles, the boom length and the size of the knuckle box, the amplitude value is small.
