本文对广州市937名60岁及以上老年人进行现场调查,分析了老年人的社区卫生服务意愿及其影响因素,并调查了老年人对门诊、住院保险、个人健康合同的接受意愿及支付水平。调查表明:广州市老年人对社区卫生服务意愿接受率较低。研究表明:搞好社区卫生服务,提高老年人整体健康水平,首先要从宣传教育入手,使老年人真正认识社区卫生服务的必要性和优越性。
This paper conducts an on-the-spot survey of 937 elderly people aged 60 and over in Guangzhou, analyzes the willingness of the elderly for community health services and its influencing factors, and investigates the acceptability and payment level of the elderly for outpatient services, hospitalization insurance, and personal health contracts. . The survey shows that the acceptance rate of community health services among elderly people in Guangzhou is relatively low. Studies have shown that: To do a good job in community health services and improve the overall health of the elderly, we must first start with publicity and education so that elderly people truly understand the necessity and superiority of community health services.
