将26例癌性胸腹水患者随机分成两组，治疗组13例应用CD3AK细胞液加DF方案联合治疗，对照组13例用DF方案治疗。治疗组有效率84．45％，对照组有效率63．3％，两组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。资料表明：CD3AK细胞液配合DF方案治疗癌性胸腹水能增强杀伤肿瘤作用，促进癌性胸腹水吸收，减少化疗药物毒副反应的发生，明显改善病人的症状。
Twenty-six patients with cancerous pleural effusion and ascites were randomly divided into two groups. Thirteen patients in the treatment group were treated with CD3AK cell fluid plus DF, and 13 patients in the control group were treated with DF. The effective rate was 84.45% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The data show that: CD3AK cell fluid with DF regimen in the treatment of cancerous pleural effusion and ascites can enhance tumorigenicity, promote cancerous pleural effusion absorption, reduce the occurrence of toxic side effects of chemotherapy drugs, and significantly improve the patient’s symptoms.
